UM CAN WE TALK ABOUT THIS
There’s been a lot of discussion and turmoil about the future of The Chris Gethard Show lately. Some people don’t think it’s as good as it used to be. Some people have stopped watching. Some people think a big change is in order. Some people feel like there’s just something missing.
I’ve been watching the 12 Hour Election Special for the first time over the past few days and I think I just stumbled upon what’s been missing. I think I’ve found the key to righting the TCGS ship. I’ve found the element that was the cornerstone of the show all along, but has been missing as of late.
And that missing element is…
Andrew “Hot Dog” Parrish nonchalantly eating fruit in the background of the shot.
It’s time to do what’s right. It’s time to save TCGS!
It’s time to #Bring Back Hungry Hot Dog
As someone who is always thirsty for more Hot Dog I support this

this song is my life source
I have to post about this because I’m so excited!
Followers of this blog may remember my rambly post about making shirts originally because I couldn’t use the online store (I would click Add to Cart and it would just say Adding… for ten years and nothing would happen. Oh the frustration).
But every few months or so I try again and hope for a miracle.
AND TODAY IT WORKED!
Two things I value highly in people are:
- Love for community
Generally, this is why I don’t trust most businessmen.
I started watching The Chris Gethard Show because of how open the community was. There was honesty, and there was integrity, and from that came a sense of truth…
1. I really love this post, please read it if you haven’t already!
2. The TCGS community is so cool and crazy and diverse and I love it. I’ve been to New York only twice and I felt more comfortable there than I ever have anywhere in Australia or elsewhere. I will always love this show and this weird and wonderful pack of losers that it has brought together. I ain’t goin anywhere
Also before I continue with my day (still afternoon here) I nearly forgot to mention that I am extra in support of Connor Ratliff’s choice of t-shirt this week as I am also wearing an A.D tee today!
